Der informative Inhalt ist sehr umfangreich und enthält viele Bereiche unseres Lebens, unserer Moralvorstellungen und Normen. Warum sind wir wie wir sind? Was prägte uns? Was tragen wir als Belastung mit uns und warum? Wie und was können wir verändern? Was wollen wir?
Die vorgebrachten Argumente und Darstellungen in diesem Buch sind überzeugend und nachdenkenswert (z.B. Verantwortung, Erziehung, Impfungen).
